Rent of the Holiday Apartment (Details and Fotos)

The 39m² Holiday Apartment is on the 2^nd floor of our main house (1 stair up). The apartment has a separate entrance with a small corridor and wardrobe (ground floor).

No room has a roof slope. The flat is a non-smoker’s apartment. It is good for 2-3 adults or for 2 adults + up to 2 children.

From your living room and your sleeping room you may enjoy wonderful views to the lowlands and on Portugal’s highest mountains, the “Serra da Estrela”, with its peak “Torre” (1.993 above zero).

The rooms + the their equipments:

·         The Living Room (14m²) – south faced – adjustable shutters:

Daybed (for two people), built-in cupboard for clothing, vertigo, shelf,

little folding table, couch table with 3 swinging arm chairs;

furthermore a kitchenette of 2m

The kitchenette contains - besides pots, cutlery, glasses, and dishes – a fridge, a 2 plate cooker, and an inox sink with hot water tap, wall and floor cupboards, a hood, good light, a little baking oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.   

·         The Sleeping Room (12m²) – east faced – adjustable shutters:

Pine wood bed (160 x 200cm / 2 latex mattresses), 2 bed stands,
built-in cupboard for clothing, pinewood clothespress

·         The Bathroom (5,5m²): basin, bathtub, toilet bowl, bidet, clothespress

·         The Hallway (upstairs, 3.5m²) + the entrance/foyer (4m²): wardrobe and garderobe

·         Furthermore: garden furniture, lounger, umbrella, swimming pool (3,5m diameter) – filled with fresh spring water, very nice on hot days 

Aside the house there is room enough for children’s tents and a facility to pull in your car.
